Key Responsibilities: 


  • Sell, develop, sample and utilize a critical & strategic mindset to grow & understand the territory business

  • Makes use of business insights tools to make good decisions about where to invest time and resources.

  • Utilizes knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.

  • Considers all resources when developing quarterly territory/customer action plans.

  • Work in your own territory and partner with team members and alliance partners for success in the territory. Finds common ground and sets expectations for partnership. Embraces and leverages each other’s strengths and access.

  • Achieve sales growth in territory and deliver strong sales results 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or immense experience in social media marketing.

  • 2 or more years of sales business experience 

  • Demonstrated business insight, Excellent communication and organizational skills

USF selects our authorized distributors and manufacturing representatives on the basis of securing adequate market coverage for Paris Plastics products, along with satisfactory opportunity for distributor volume, turnover and profit in every key market area in the United States. To achieve USF customer service goals, it is necessary for the authorized distributor to recognize and accept that USF will determine the number of distributorships in any given area and may increase or decrease authorized distributors based on market demand and coverage. In order to ensure customers prompt service and delivery, USF supports programs for direct customer same day drop shipping and local stocking. The amount of inventory required for local stocking would be contingent upon the location and size of the market serviced by the distributorship.



A distributor of Paris Plastics products is responsible, first and foremost, for serving the manufacturing customers in his or her area. Of course, this includes visiting plants on a regular basis and marketing USF products. However, USF distributors are also responsible for the following:

• Leading a local team of sales reps and resources to meet the needs of their customers

• Managing the finances of their businesses properly

• Holding educational workshops and events (as warranted) in their markets

• Marketing their businesses locally

• Communicating market conditions to USF Corporate so the customers’ needs can be met more effectively
